These robots are known as the Defects. Some were once citizens, some were prototypes for existing robots, and were many other things before they joined the Defect Gang. These are the robots that cause trouble around Robot City. The leader of the Defect Gang is named Tank, it's pretty much the only normal looking robot in the gang. He is the mastermind behind many crimes this gang has committed. They are rivals of the Law Enforcement class.
